1 can (15.5 oz) great northern beans, rinsed, drained
1 can (15.5 oz) kidney beans, rinsed, drained
1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed, drained
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1 cup Italian dressing
Mix all ingredients well except dressing in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat. Cover. Refrigerate several hours until chilled
My 2 cents worth on this:
- This is yummy and it makes you want to eat bean.
- Very easy
- I didn't use red pepper and just used 1 cup of green pepper because it was cheaper and it still tasted great.
